Kayla, a rising R&B star, can already call celebrities like Keri Hilson, George Lopez, Chris Rock, Ice Cube, and Kobe Bryant fans. The stars have been tweeting their support for months now, and “If You Love Me” was even a trending topic last night on Twitter.

Los Angeles electro-hip hop group, Far East Movement, have just released the official music video for their new single, “Jello” featuring Rye Rye. The video, directed by Matt Alonzo (Lil Wayne, Soulja Boy), shows the group crashing a political event with Tiger Woods, Oprah, and others.
“Jello” comes from the group’s upcoming album, Dirty Bass , slated for a 2012 release.

will.i.am kicked off 2012 with an energetic performance of his new single “T.H.E (The Hardest Ever)” on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last week. Ryan Tedder, lead singer/songwriter/producer of the multi-platinum selling band OneRepublic has been nominated for two Grammy Awards. Capping off a year where OneRepublic has topped the charts, Tedder was recognized by The Recording Academy as the nominations for the 54th Annual Grammy Awards were announced in a live broadcast on CBS this week.
Tedder received a Grammy nod in two categories: Album of the Year for Adele’s “21,” which he co-wrote and produced the song “Rumour Has It” and co-wrote “Turning Tables,” as well as a nomination for Producer of the Year Non-Classical for his work with Adele, Beyonce, Cobra Starship, Colbie Caillat, Gavin DeGraw, Jennifer Hudson and Demi Lovato.

Multi-platinum performer, producer and songwriter will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas appeared on the American Music Awards on Sunday night with Jennifer Lopez for the premiere performance of his new solo single, “T.H.E (The Hardest Ever).”

“T.H.E (The Hardest Ever)” will appear on will.i.am’s upcoming album, #WILLPOWER, which is due next year on Interscope. A video for the song, directed by Rich Lee and shot in Los Angeles and London, will be released later this month.

This past Sunday, pop singer JoJo sang the national anthem at the MLS Cup Final match between the Los Angeles Galaxy and Houston Dynamo with Galaxy taking the victory 1-0. It also marked the end of David Beckham’s 5 year contract, and could have possibly been his final game with the team.

JoJo will be performing at Westfield Mall in Culver City, CA on Thanksgiving night, which will be live streaming on Westfield’s Facebook Page at 12 midnight PST (3am EST on Friday morning).
